Another advancement guide for Assassin's Creed Valhalla has featured four substance drops coming this pre-winter. 

Several things stand out. First, the forthcoming Oskoreia Festival due sometime later this season. Interestingly, this is not the Halloween Samhain festival fans were expecting - an occasion which also forms part of Valhalla's primary mission. 

Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Instead the Oskoreia Festival seems based on the society legend of a monstrous Viking Wild Hunt drove by Asgardian raiders, and sometimes Odin himself. A picture for the occasion looks suitably spooky. 

Something else which got my attention is a previously concealed game update coming later this pre-winter, named Title Update 1.4.0. 

Ordinarily, Valhalla has possibly increased its version number this way when significant expansions have been added. (Ireland carried the game to 1.2, Paris to 1.3.) 

Everyone's eyes will be on this update and what it might add. Could this be the second we get a certain spilled questline highlighting a significant returning Assassin's Creed character, expression of which has got fans exceptionally invigorated? (Cautioning, that connection includes spoilers.)
