It's a line of message previously found in fan kits sent out as a feature of the Siege of Paris DLC's release. The translated text reads, "You are searching for what is important for you. I for what I am. What amount are you ready to sacrifice?" The curious bit is that ARG fans accept there might be something else to the piece of information besides what might be expected.
